Yoga

Yoga is often better known for its postures or asanas.

Although the time and place of yoga’s origin are uncertain, we know that yoga has been in practice for thousands of years. Modern yoga promotes the benefits of stretching, toning and strengthening the body, but too often does not tap into other important components such as proper breathing, relaxation techniques and meditation. In reality, one may practice yoga without performing any specific posture!

Yoga is for everyone

In a world where we are encouraged to push beyond our limits, yoga teaches us to underachieve, because only when underachieving may we focus on our breath and reconnect with our inner self.
